某院2012年上半年药品不良反应分析

Analysis and evaluation on reports of drug adverse reaction of a hospital in the first half of 2012

目的探讨笔者所在医院2012年上半年药品不良反应发生情况及原因,以更好地指导临床用药。方法对医院2012年上半年93例药物不良报告进行回顾性分折。结果发生药品不良反应的人群中,老年居多,占37.63%;发生药品不良反应的药物以西药居多,占95.74%;心血管系统用药、抗菌药物导致药品不良反应较多。结论导致药品不良反应的因素很多,应加强药品不良反应监测。

Objective To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reaction,clinical manifestations and treatments,to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods 93 cases of adverse drug reaction carried out in our hospital in the first half of 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized by using statistical methods. Results 93 cases of adverse drug reactions in the elderly,accounted for 37.63% of the total,cardiovascular system drugs cause adverse reactions had the highest proportion,accounted for 34.41%. Conclusion Adverse drug reactions are related to multiple factors.Strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions will help to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
