非锁定钢板治疗胫骨骨折60例临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非锁定钢板治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2007~2012年在笔者所在医院治疗120例胫骨骨折患者进行回顾性分析,分成两组,对照组予以锁定钢板治疗,观察组予以非锁定钢板治疗,比较治疗后的效果情况。结果两组在手术的出血量、手术平均时间、并发症上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是Johner-Wruhs评分对照组的优良率为63.3%,观察组为80.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非锁定钢板治疗胫骨骨折费用低,愈合快,手术创伤小,固定稳定,临床效果满意。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of non locking steel plate treating tibial fracture. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with tibial fracture treated in the author's hospital from 2007 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively and were divided into two groups. The control group was given the treatment of locking steel plate and the observation group was treated with non locking steel plate. And the effect after treatment of 2 groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in bleeding amount, average operation time and complications of two groups(P 〉 0.05).As for Johner-Wruhs score, the excellent rate of the control group was 63.3% and that of the observation group was 80.0%, which had evident difference between two groups(P 〉0.05), which had statistical significance. Conclusion Non locking steel plate to treat tibial fracture has the advantages of low expense, fast healing, small operation wound and stable fixation. And the clinical effect is satisfactory.
