应用经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗伴椎体内真空现象的胸腰椎骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:10

摘要 胸腰椎骨折患者椎体内真空现象(intravertebralvacuumphenomenon,IVP)被不少学者作为Ktimmell病[1]的诊断依据。Ktimmell病最初的定义特指轻微创伤后数周或数月出现椎体塌陷,以骨坏死为主要病理特征的一类罕见疾病[2-4]。
