摘要
目的:建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法检测饮料中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的方法。方法:饮料样品中待测组分采用固相萃取柱富集,洗脱,DM-5MS毛细质谱柱分离,选择离子监测SIM模式进行定性定量。结果:该方法能测定饮料中DEHP,定量线性关系良好,方法检出限为98~12 500ng/mL,精密度标准偏差均在15%以内,加标回收率在75.33%~94.57%。结论:本法具有非常高的选择性、灵敏度和准确度,适用于饮料中DEHP的测定。
Objective: To develop a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the deter-mination of diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) in beverages. Methods: Beverage samples were treated with liquid extraction followed by solid-phase extraction. Detection and quantification of the diethylhexyl phthalate were accomplished with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and scan choosing SIM pattern for monitoring. Results: Response was linear in the concentration range (r =0.99). The limits of detection were between 98-12 500 ng/mL. Method variation was less than 15%, standard recovery was about 75.33%-94.57%. Conclusion: The method is suc- cessfully applied to the determination of DEHP in beverage samnles.
