温州南麂海域冈村凹顶藻化学成分研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对采自温州南麂海域的红藻冈村凹顶藻Laurencia okamurai化学成分开展研究,并对化合物抗污损活性进行初步筛选。方法:采用正相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱技术对冈村凹顶藻的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,运用现代波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构,并利用纹藤壶幼虫模型对所得化合物抗污活性进行测试。结果 :从冈村凹顶藻中分离并鉴定了8个倍半萜类化合物,分别为lauinterol(1),isoaplysin(2),asplysin(3),isolaurinterol(4),laurokamurenes A(5),debromoisolauinterol(6),debromolauinterol(7)和10-bromoisoaplysin(8);其中化合物1、3-6表现出显著的抗纹藤壶幼虫附着活性。结论:本研究首次发现冈村凹顶藻中的倍半萜类化合物具有抑制纹藤壶幼虫附着的抗污功能,为该海藻资源的后续开发利用提供了科学依据。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of red alga Laurencia okamurai YAMADA, and investigate the antifouling activity of pure compounds. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified upon column chromatography using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC, while their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis. Antifouling activity of the compounds was evaluated in settlement inhibition assays with laboratory-reared barnacle Balanus amphitrite larvae. Results: Eight known sesquiterpenes were isolated from the EtOAc extract of L. okamurai. The structures were identified as lauinterol (1), isoaplysin (2), asplysin (3), isolaurinterol (4), laurokamurenes A (5), debromoisolauinterol (6), debromolauinterol (7) and 10-bromoisoaplysin (8), respectively. Compounds 1, 3-6 showed significant antifouling activity against the settlement of barnacle B. amphitrite larvae. Conclusion: This is the first report on the antifouling function of the sesquiterpenes from L. okamurai.
