目的:探讨饮料生产企业采购食品原料、食品添加剂及其他食品相关产品等的索证规范管理。方法:分析食品原辅包材相关的法律法规以及相关行政许可项目。结果:明确了原辅包材的分类、索证、查验与管理。结论:索证管理的发展趋向于专业化、规范化与信息化。

Objective： To probe into the standardized management of license and certificate obtainment in the purchase of food raw materials, food additives and other food related products for beverage processing enterprises. Method： An analysis was conducted on the laws and regulations on food related materials and the related administrative licensing items. Results： The categorization, license and certificate obtainment, verification and management were identified for the beverage related materials. Conclusion： The management of license and certificate obtainment tends to specialization, standardization and informationization.
