取水、耗能是浓缩果蔬汁生产的最大特点。为了较大幅度降低该生产工艺的能耗,建议采用"国家重点节能技术推广目录(第三批)"(国家发展改革委,2010年33号公告)介绍的"机械式蒸汽再压缩技术(热泵、MVR)"。就浓缩果蔬汁生产的能耗概况、多效蒸发器的特点、热泵组成的节能浓缩系统予以介绍。
Water and energy consumptions are the top feature of concentrated fruit/vegetable juice processing. In order to realize a relatively large decrease of energy consumption in the processing, it's suggested that "Mechanical Vapor Recompression (Heat Pump, MVR)" be applied (referring to "The 3rd National Key Energy-saving Technology Promotion Catalogue" - Bulletin No. 33 of NDRC, 2010). A description was made on the general situation of energy consumption in concentrated fruit/vegetable juice processing, the characteristics of multi-effect evaporators and the energy-saving concentration systems composed of heat pumps.
