Technological innovation rules of LMT Industries and Policy Implications

摘要 目前,学界及公共政策领域主要关注于高新技术产业,而忽视了传统的中低技术(LMT)产业的创新发展。探讨了LMT产业的概念及其在现代产业经济中的重要作用,分析了LMT企业的技术创新特点、类型及前提条件,给出了对产业对策的相关建议。 Currently, academic research and public policy focus mainly on the new and high tech industries, but pay little attention to the innovation development of traditional LMT industries sectors. After discussing the concept and the important role in modern industrial economy of LMT industries, the features, types, and preconditions for LMT firms＇ technological innovation are studied. In the end, some canonical countermeasures and suggestions are presented.
