摘要
随着国内地铁项目的不断开发,地下连续墙作为主要的围护结构技术应用不断加大,近年逐渐向超深发展。天津文化中心交通枢纽工程土建四标地下连续墙工程设计深度达到66.5m,造成了施工机械设备配套、槽壁稳定性、槽底清渣和接头处理等方面的施工难点。在分析场地工程地质及水文地质条件的基础上,对常规地下连续墙施工技术进行深化,并根据以往地下连续墙施工经验参数,采取了相应的技术措施,从而保证了工程的圆满完成。为同类工程的施工提供了借鉴。
With the continuous development of the domestic metro projects, the underground diaphragm walls as the main building envelope structure continue to increase their depths to ultra-deep in recent years. The bid 4 sector of the Tianjin Cultural Center transportation hub project civil engineering diaphragm wall with depth of 66.5m has made construction nodi in coordinative composition of mechanical equipments, pit wall stability, pit bottom residue removal and connection processing. Based on site engineering geological and hydrogeologieal conditions analyses, carried out promotion of conventional diaphragm wall construction technology, and on past construction empirical parameters basis, adopted corresponding technical measures, thus the satisfactory completion of the project has been ensured, and provided references for same kind engineering constructions.
