浅谈天津中央大道海河隧道岸壁保护工程中的质量管理

摘要 中央大道海河隧道南岸岸壁保护工程位于天津市滨海新区,是连接响螺湾商务区与于家堡商务区穿越海河的一个重要节点工程。该工程主要是在海河两岸的主体与海河之间进行格构式地下连续墙施工,并进行钢管桩浇筑,达到阻水、隔水保护隧道主体工程的目的。针对项目的特点、难点及质量管理目标,对可能发生质量问题的源头进行了分析,以此提出了项目管理的方法与管理流程。在项目实施过程中,依据建立的质量管理体系,遵循设计、规范原则,对钢筋笼、地下连续墙成槽等关键工序实行"计划-实施-检查-行动循环(PDCA)"的管理方法,对每个工序质量进行监控。并在质量管理工作中,先后运用了鱼骨图、直方图、固定界限连续测量控制图等质量分析工具,从源头上查找质量事故成因,对质量问题进行分类监控。另处在该项目的管理过程中,还采取了物资统一采购与检测、施工成品与环境保护等相应措施。该工程采用的管理理念及依据质量目标执行的全面监控、重点管理的措施,取得了较好的工程质量管理效果,为相似工程质量管理提供了借鉴经验。 The location of the Central Avenue Haihe River crossing tunnel south bank bulkhead wall guard works is in the Binhai new area, Tianjin Municipality, a major joint project of the tunnel to link up the Xiangluowan and Yujiapu business districts. The project is mainly to build a cellular diaphragm wall between the principal parts of tunnel structure and the river, carry out steel pipe piling to block and baffle water and protect tunnel body. In allusion to the project characteristics, nodi and quality control target, analyzed the sources of possible quality problems, accordingly put forward the method and flow of project management. In project construction process, based on the quality control system founded, keep to design and normative principles carried out managerial approach of the "Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle (PDCA)" in key operations of steel reinforcement cage, diaphragm wall grooving etc. and monitored quality of each process. In quality control, quality analysis tools of fishbone diagram, histogram and fixed boundary continuous measurement control chart have been used successively, to search for the origin of quality accidents from the source, to monitor quality issues classified. Besides, in the project management process, corresponding measures of unified procurement and checking of supplies, finished products and environment protection have been assumed. The management philosophy and measures of comprehensive monitoring, emphasized management based on quality target, thus to obtain better project quality control effect can provide reference for similar projects.
