肌电生物反馈疗法对老年脑卒中患者偏瘫侧Brunnstrom的疗效观察

Effect of Electromyographic biofeedback therapy on hemiplegic limbs Brunnstrom stages after stroke in the elderly patients

目的探讨肌电生物反馈疗法对老年脑卒中患者偏瘫侧Brunnstrom的影响。方法将80例脑卒中老年病人随机分成治疗组与对照组各40例,两组均进行综合康复治疗,治疗组加以肌电生物反馈治疗。对每例患者在入组时及治疗各阶段中进行偏瘫侧Brunnstrom评定。结果两组治疗前后比较和组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈治疗有助于改善老年脑卒中偏瘫患者偏瘫侧肢体功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Electromyographic biofeedback on limb Brunnstrom stages after stroke in the old patients. Methods 80 consecutive cases of the old patients with hemiplegia after stroke were researched, randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 cases in each group. All the patients had comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, the control group received eleetromyographic biofeedback training in addition. The limb Brunnstrom stages were evaluated during each stage of the treatment. Results The significant progress was detected in Brunnstrom score in the postoperative weeks compared to the preoperative within-group evaluation for each of the groups （P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference in the postoperative weeks in favour of electromyographic biofeedback training compared to Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The addition of electromyographic biofeedback training to a conventional exercise program in the old patients with hemiplegia after stroke helps to speed up the rehabilitation process.
