压力疗法结合康复治疗对膝关节置换后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Influence of air pressure therapy with rehabilitation therapy on deep vein thrombosis undergoing total knee replacement

目的探讨膝关节置换术后压力疗法结合康复治疗对预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法用抽签法将膝关节置换术后的60名患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各30例)。观察组接受康复医学科常规治疗+JASUN-AV6000型深静脉血栓防治仪治疗,对照组接受康复医学科常规治疗+同类仪器对照治疗。比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的风险。结果观察组预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果与对照组差异无统计学意义,两组都能有效地减低深静脉血栓形成的风险。结论 JASUN-AV6000型深静脉血栓防治仪器和其他同类产品一样可以有效预防膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。

Objective To discuss the influence of air pressure therapy with rehabilitation therapy on deep vein thrombosis undergoing total knee replacement. Methods Sixty patients undergoing total knee replacement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group（30 patients each）. The experimental group received therapy which combined conventional therapy in rehabilitation department with JASUN-AV6000 deep vein thrombosis prevention instrument for treatment. The control group received the therapy which combined conventional therapy in rehabilitation department with similar instrument control treatment. The risk of deep vein thrombosis undergoing total knee replacement in two groups was compared. Results Clinical evaluation of the experimental group and control group on deep vein thrombosis showed no difference. Both two groups could reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis effectively. Conclusion The JASUN-AV600,as other products of the same kind, can effectively prevent the low limb thrombosis after total knee replacement.
