海洋胶原低聚肽对术后患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨海洋胶原低聚肽(简称海洋肽)对术后患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响。方法按照纳入排除标准选取93例术后患者,随机分为试验组、对照组及空白组,观察海洋肽对术后患者的肝肾功能、营养状况及免疫功能的影响。结果 3组患者试验前后肝肾功均正常(P>0.05);试验后对照组体质量、TSF、AC下降(P<0.05),空白组TSF、AC下降(P<0.05),其余人体测量指标试验前、后组内和组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而试验组干预前后人体测量指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验后试验组和对照组PA升高(P<0.05),但组间比较试验组升高幅度大于空白组(P<0.05);试验组LYM、IgG、IgA、IgM及对照组IgG、IgA、IgM均升高(P<0.05),其中IgG的变化幅度在组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海洋肽作为肠内养营制剂对术后患者的营养状况及免疫功能具有改善作用。 Objective Explore the effects of the marine collagen oligopeptide(referred to as marine peptides) for postoperative patients nutritionaland immune function. Methods According to inclusive and exclusive criteria,93 postoperative patients were randomized into study group, control group and unhandled control group. All of the patients' liver and kidney function, nutritional status and immune function were detected before and after intervention. Results Liver and kidney function of all patients were normal of the three groups(P〉0.05). Body weight,TSF and AC of the control group and TSF and AC of the unhandled control group declined after intervention (P〈0.05), and the other anthropometrie indicators showed no significant difference(P〉0.05). The anthropometry indexes among three groups showed no significant difference(P〉0.05). PA of the study group and the control group were higher after intervention(P〈0.05),but compare two groups, the study group increased more than the control group(P〈0. 05). LYM, IgG, IgA and IgM of the study groupwere significantly increased(P〈0. 05), and after intervention which IgA elevating rate had statistically significant differences among the three groups. Conclusion marine peptides can be used as enteral nutrition to improve postoperative patients on nutritional status and immune function.
