摘要
目的建立新的抗菌药物体外敏感性实验数据处理方法,为更加科学全面评价新型抗菌药物的抗菌疗效提供方法学依据。方法对5个受试样品体外细菌敏感性试验结果进行概率分析,采用MATLAB2007B软件,对药物量效关系的各模型进行编程拟合,以残差平方和与相关系数为主要判别,进行线性、对数线性、Emax和Sigmod Emax模型的对比。结果各组数据均以Sigmod Emax拟合较优,因此,选取其为最终数据的拟合模型,并计算ED50和Emax。结论数据结果能反应药物的作用效应,建议在药物体外敏感性试验结果分析中,采用该种分析方法。
Objective To establish a new method to analyze the data of antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and to provide basis for a more scientific and comprehensive evaluation of antibacterial efficacy. Method This paper performed profit analyses and used MATLAB2007B to analyze the sensitivity testing results in 5 subject samples. The drug dose-response relationship for each model was programmed to fit the model. The results were compared with linear.logarithmic linear.Emax and Sinmod Emax models,using residual square sum and correlation coefficient as the main criteria. Result The results show that the data of each group were Sigmod Emax fitting better. Therefore,choosing the Sigmod Emax is as the final data fitting model. Conclusion The results provide a better method to analyze the data of antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
