摘要 目的分析24h动态脑电图(24h-AEEG)对儿童热性惊厥的诊断价值。方法取本院儿科于2009年3月至2012年3月间收治的热性惊厥患儿124例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各62例。观察两组患儿的脑电异常检出率及监测配合度情况,比较两组差异。结果使用24h-AEEG的观察组患儿的脑电异常总检出率明显高于使用常规脑电图的对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组患儿的检测配合度与对照组患儿差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 24h-AEEG有助于提高热性惊厥患儿的临床确诊率,同时不降低患儿的配合度,值得在临床推广使用。 Objective To analyze 24 hours dynamic EEG in the diagnosis of febrile convulsion of children. Methods the hospitalized pediatric patients with febrile convulsion(124 cases)l from 2009 March to 2012 March were the object of study. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 62 cases each. Two groups were compared with EEG abnormal rate,and compared with the monitoring differences of the two groups. Results The 24 h-AEEG was superior in diagnosing EEG abnormal rate over conventional EEG,as evidenced by significantly total abnormal EEG rate than the control group(P〈0.05). There was no difference in patient cooperation in observation group and control group(P〉0.05). Conclusion 24 hours dynamic EEG is helpful to improve clinical febrile convulsion diagnosis rate, and does not affect children cooperation. Thus,it is worthy of clinical use.
