The life cycle assessment in vehicles energy and emission application status of domestic and international were reviewed, and the vehicle life cycle assessment of future development tendency are prospected, which can achieve scientific evaluation from the methods of vehicle energy saving and emission reduction effect, provide a decision-making basis for the development of vehicles and vehicle fuels in China.
