摘要 通过建立某型号混凝土泵车参数化有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对其进行刚度分析及优化设计。由于初选优化设计参数很多,为了提高分析效率,引入灵敏度的方法。根据灵敏度分析结果选取设计变量,以上车结构各部件最大应力、最大弯曲和扭转位移及整车固有频率作为状态变量,以总质量作为目标函数,对其进行结构优化。结合瞬态分析,比较优化前后臂架末端的振幅,验证优化结构。 The stiffness sensitivity analysis and structural optimization of the concrete pump truck are finished in ANSYS by the establishment of its parameterized finite element model. As the amount of primary design parameters is very large, the method of sensitivity is used to improve the efficiency of the analysis. The design variables are selected according to the results of the sensitivity analysis, the maximum stress, maximum bending and torsional displacement of all parts, and the natural frequency of the whole are selected as the state variables, and the total mass is selected as the objective function to achieve the structural optimization. The amplitude of the end boom of the primitive model and optimized model are got by the transient analysis to verify whether the optimized structure is better.
