On Management Model of Whole Process Project Agent Construction——Taking Project Investment Control of Taiyuan University New Campus Construction as Example

对项目代建管理模式的研究已经成为当今建筑业的理论热点。太原大学新校区建设项目即采用代建制和代建模式,以该项目的投资控制数据为基础对项目代建管理模式进行分析和思考,可知项目管理代建模式的发展方向是全过程代建管理模式。

The research of agent construction management model has become the theoretical hotspot in architecture now. The project of Taiyuan University new campus construction just takes agent construction system and model. On the basis of the project investment control data, this article carries on analysis and thinking about project agent construction management model. The result shows that the development direction of project agent construction management model is whole process agent construction management model.
