大学技术创新扩散影响因素的路径分析

A Path Analysis on the Influencing Factors of the Technology Innovation Diffusion of Universities

摘要 在研究建立大学技术创新扩散影响因素概念模型及理论假设的基础上,运用结构方程模型对相关影响因素的具体路径进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:大学创新能力、大学扩散能力和企业研发能力对于产学研合作具有正向影响作用;扩散环境与大学技术创新扩散效果之间存在显著的正相关关系;产学研合作作为中间变量对于大学技术创新扩散效果具有显著的正向影响作用。在此基础上,提出了四种提高大学技术创新扩散效果、促进产业转型和经济发展的作用路径。 On the basis of establishing the concept model and some research hypotheses, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the effect path of related factors of universities' technology innovation diffusion with Structural Equation Modeling. The study results show that: the capability of universities' innovation, universities' diffusion and enterprise's R&D has a positive influence on the cooperation of universities and enterprises; it is significant positive correlation between the diffusion environments and the diffusion effect of universities' technology innovation; university enterprise cooperation has a significant positive influence on the diffusion effect. At last, four kinds of paths are put forward which improve the efficiency of universities' technology innovation diffusion and promote industrial restructuring and economic development.
