摘要
将数据挖掘技术应用于医疗器械人因事件的灰色关联分析中,通过分析现有医疗器械不良事件汇报系统中的数据,获取不同类型人误对人因事件的关联影响。提出了应用数据挖掘的具体分析和操作流程,同时以医用泵的人因事件分析为实例,定量分析了医用泵人因事件的原因因素和人误,以及人因事件后果和人误之间的关联程度,以便对医疗器械人因事件的整个发展过程进行定量化的分析。
This paper applies data mining to analyze the grey correlation of medical device human factors events. Through analyzing data in existing medical device adverse events report system, the correlation between human factors events and different types of human errors could be obtained. The detailed application steps of data mining are put forward, and they are applied to analyze the human factors events with medical pumps. The relationship between reasons of human events and human errors are quantitatively analyzed, as well as the correlations between results of factors human factors events and human errors. This makes the analysis of the whole process of medical device human factors events to be quantitative.
