摘要
国标《车用压缩天然气》自颁布以来,经过近10年的实践,一些限制性规定及检测方法所固有的问题凸现。对上述标准中规定的车用天然气低热值过低、含水量要求过高、硫化氢限量指标值偏严及指标中无油份限值的几个问题进行了分析,提出了提高天然气低热值标准、降低含水量要求、以及增设CNG油份限量指标和完善检测方法等建议。
The national standard CNG Used as Vehicle Fuel has been published for almost ten years. However, its practice shows that there are many problems on regulations stipulated in the standard, such as excessive low heat value, too high requirement of water content, more strictly limited index value of H2S, no oil-component limited value. In this study, these problems are analyzed and some suggestions are made, to increase the standard of low heat value, to weaken the requirement of water content, to use limited value of H2S similar with Ⅱ domestic gas, and to design the limited value of lubricating oil and to modify the standard of testing methods.
