摘要
随着天然气产量的日益增长,井站数量不断增多,操作人员数量却相对不足,出现了人力资源跟不上产量递增的矛盾。针对此问题,中国石油西南油气田公司蜀南气矿实施了中心井站管理模式,在立足于蜀南气矿组织管理改革实践与充分调研的基础上,就中心井站管理模式实施所需的软、硬件及在实施过程中所取得的成效进行了分析。
With the contradictions between insufficient human resource and increasing gas production natural gas production increasing in South Sichuan Gas Field, caused by gas production and number of wells keep increasing but operation personnel quantity is relatively insufficient. To solve this problem, South Sichuan Gas Field carried out the central well station management pattern, and the software and hardware applied during implementing central well station management pattern have been improved obviously.
