基于区域联锁的地方铁路调度指挥信息管理系统

Traffic Control Command Information Management System of Local Railways based on Regional Interlocking

为了提高地方铁路运输能力与运输效率,研究采用一种基于区域联锁的"指挥—联锁一体化"地方铁路调度指挥信息管理系统方案。该系统利用区域联锁技术,以铁路运输管理信息系统与列车调度指挥系统相结合的方式,在调度中心直接实现列车进路操作控制,以及车站相关作业功能。系统的实际应用效果说明,该系统能有效提高地方铁路运输调度指挥整体水平,提高劳动效率,降低运营成本。

In order to increase transport capacity and efficiency of local railways, the traffic control command information management system of local railway with ＂command--interlocking integration＂ based on regional interlocking is studied. The system directly realizes train route operation control and relative operation function in station by using regional interlocking technology and the mode of combining railway transport management information system with train traffic control command system. The actual utilization proves that the system could effectively increase integral level of local railway traffic control command, increase labor efficiency and decrease operation cost.
