摘要
拥有高素质的人才是企业在市场经济中生存和发展的关键。非运输企业作为铁路的一个重要组成部分,在竞争激烈的市场经济中,创新人才培养工作尤显重要。在阐述浙江铁道发展集团有限公司人才资源现状的基础上,分析人才培养工作中存在的问题,提出有效监督落实人才培养工作的责任、制定科学合理的人才培养工作规划、创建形式多样的人才培养途径等创新人才培养工作的对策。
The key of existing and development in market economy is to having high-performance talents. In the furious competitive market economy, the innovative talent training works in non- transport enterprise--an important composing of railway are obviously important. Based on analyzing labor resource status of Zhejiang Railway Development Group Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the problems existing in talent training works and puts forward the countermeasures on innovative talent training works, such as effectively fulfilling responsibility of talent training works, establishing scientific talent training plan and creating diversified training approaches.
