融入TPL服务水平的供应链协同和收益分配研究

Research on Supply Chain Coordination and Benefit Distribution Integrated into TPL Service Level

加强成员之间的协同合作以达到共赢是供应链管理研究的一个重要课题。应用博弈理论对融入TPL服务水平变量的三级供应链系统的定价、产量、服务水平和利润分配进行协同分析。研究表明,合作协同决策所带来的供应链总利润远高于独立决策产生的总利润,经过进一步设置合理的收益协同分配比例,以达到增加供应链整体效益的目的。通过提出多种供应链利润协同分配方法,采用算例对结果进行比较分析,验证其有效性。

Strengthening the coordinated cooperation between members as to achieve its win- win is an important task of supply chain management research. This paper, by using game theory, makes coordinated analysis on pricing, output, service level and benefit distribution of 3-level supply chain system integrated into TPL service level variable. The research shows that the gross benefit of supply chain brought by cooperation coordinated decision-making is very higher than what brought by independent decision-making, and the target of increasing gross benefit of supply chain could be achieved by set up reasonable benefit coordinated distribution proportion in further step. The paper also puts forward the coordinated distribution method of multi supply chain and makes comparative analysis on its results by example, then validates its validity.
