摘要
采用3个剂量的N+对4个枣品种接穗进行注入诱变处理。结果显示,离子注入后可以对枣接穗芽体产生损伤作用,致使枣芽萌动率下降、萌动推迟、萌动期不集中,并且随着注入剂量的加大,这种表现愈加明显;对各品种处理枣头枝生长量的观测可知,除骏枣枣头枝注入N+剂量4×1016个/cm2与8×1016个/cm2间存在显著差异外,其他品种处理间都不存在差异;通过对各品种生长期的观测可知,壶瓶枣注入N+剂量8×1016个/cm2处理与对照间差异显著,骏枣注入N+剂量4×1016个/cm2与其他2个处理间存在显著差异,葫芦枣及大荔龙枣处理间不存在显著差异。等离子注入是高效的诱变育种手段,其中,壶瓶枣注入N+剂量为8×1016个/cm2处理产生了2株变异。
This study used three doses 4×1016/cm2,6×1016/cm2 and 8×1016/cm2 of N+ ions on four jujube varieties scion implantation treatments.The results showed: After ion implantation on jujube scion,bud was injured and resulted jujube scion bud germination rate decrease,germination delay and germination period postponed,and as the dose increased,these performance became more obvious;Through observation to shoot growth rate of all treatments,except for jujube of Junzao variety shoots processing significant differences showed between A and C,other varieties did not exist differences among different treatments;There was significant differences between different processing of Hupingzao variety and Junzao variety,there was no significant difference of the other two varieties in growth period between processings;Plasma implantation is an effective breeding method,in which the processing of 8×1016/cm2 treatment of Huping variety produced 2 variants.
