摘要
文章立足于广东省现有省属国有企业负责人经营业绩考核评价体系,通过考核评价机制对省属国有企业提高自主创新能力反应程度进行分析研究,指出了评价体系存在问题及改进方向,提出了改进国有企业自主创新考核评价的对策建议。
Based on the existing responsible person evaluation system of guangdong provincial government-owned enterprises, this pa- per do some research on the evaluation of independent innovation, which can stand for the capability of independent innovation. The re- search indicates the problems existing in the evaluation system and development direction, puts forward countermeasures accordingly.
