分步结晶法精制甲基丙烯酸的研究

摘要 实验探讨了分步结晶法精制甲基丙烯酸工艺。当粗液中甲基丙烯酸含量为98.5%~99.5%时,经过3级结晶产品纯度可达99.9%以上,同时色度≤10(APHA),按原料粗液计算产品综合收率可以达到40%以上。实验表明分步结晶法适用于甲基丙烯酸粗液的精制。 Investigated the purification process of methacrylic acid purified by fractional crystallization. When the methacrylic acid content of crude liquid was 98.5%-99.5%, the product purity could reach over 99.9% with APHA chromaticity not more than 10 after three-stage crystallization, and the product yield could reach more than 40% in terms of the crude liquid. Experiments showed that fractional crystallization was suitable for methacrylic acid crude liquid refining.
