论福泽谕吉对清代中朝宗藩关系的否定

On Fukuzawa Yukichi's Negation of the Suzerain-vassal Relationship between China and Korea in Qing Dynasty

明治维新后,日本为了实现侵略朝鲜的目的,在中朝宗藩关系问题上试图通过与中朝两国签订近代条约的方式,利用国际法与宗藩观念在属国、主权等问题上的分歧,来否定中朝两国之间长期以来所形成的传统的宗藩关系。朝鲜壬午兵变时期,福泽谕吉为了支持日本政府的对朝政策,从中朝宗藩关系形成的历史上和实质上以及与近代条约的矛盾上,分两次对中朝宗藩关系进行了否定,其目的就是为日本政府排除中国在朝势力,进而侵略朝鲜寻找借口。

In order to achieve its aggression against Korea after the Meiji Restoration, Japan intended to negate the traditional suzerain-vassal relationship between China and Korea by signing modern treaties with the two countries respectively, and making full use of the differences upon vassal state and sovereignty in international laws and various ideas of suzerain-vassal relationship. During the Ren Wu Mutiny of Korea, Fukkuzawa Yukichi, the famous thinker and educator in Meiji Times, negated the relationship twice according its history and nature as well as the conflicts caused by modern treaties with the aims of excluding China＇s power from Korea and finding an excuse for its aggression.
