摘要
从生态学视角构建了科技创业生态系统评价指标体系,运用熵权系数模型确定了各级指标权重,应用灰色系统评价模型对青岛市科技创业生态系统进行了综合评价,并在评价结果的基础上提出了优化青岛市科技创业生态系统的对策建议。
Evaluation indicator system of regional Hi-tech entrepreneurial ecosystem is established based on the ecology view.Using the method of entropy weight coefficient,it determined the Wight of index,then it make a comprehensive evaluation on Qingdao Hi-tech entrepreneurial ecosystem by using grey evaluation method and analyze the results of the evaluation.At last,some suggestions are put forwards to optimize Hi-tech entrepreneurial ecosystem of Qingdao.
