我国高新区研发转化模式与实施策略研究

Study on the Model and Implementation Strategy of Research and Technology Transfer in China Hi-tech Zone

高新技术的研发转化,是高新区稳健发展并取得科技竞争优势的基础环节。研究目前我国高新区研发转化相关各方的权能,不断总结并优化高新区各类研发转化模式及其研发转化实施策略,是保证高新区研发转化工作顺利开展并取得良好效果的重要工作。首先分析了高新区研发转化5个相关方的权能和具体作为,指出适合我国高新区采用的5种研发转化模式;结合我国高新区20多年发展的经验教训与成败得失,提出了研发转化实施策略;在实践基础上,对我国高新区研发转化模式及其实施策略进行了理论概括和总结。

Research and technology transfer is the key problem of the High-tech zone＇s steady development and competitive advantage.To research the empowerment of currently parties of High-tech zones in China and to constantly sum up and optimize all kinds of models and implementation strategies of research and technology transfer of High-tech zone is to ensure the good results.This paper first analyzes the competence and the specific action of the five parties of High-tech zone ＇s research and technology transfer,and it pointed out that there have five models of research and technology transfer fit to the High-tech zones in China.Combinated of High-tech zones in China more than 20years development＇s experience and lessons and proposed implementation strategy of the High-tech zones and technology transfer,this paper carries out the theoretical conclusion of the research and technology transfer＇s model.
