摘要
卫生监督业务信息系统的开发使用是提高卫生监督信息化水平的一项重大举措。为评价系统的运行现状以及系统带来的效益、还存在的不足等问题,遵循系统全面、可行性、简约性原则,整理出卫生监督业务信息系统绩效评估指标,并开展卫生监督人员的问卷调查,阐述系统的运行绩效并提出相关建议。
The development and making use of the health supervision business information system is an important move to improve health supervision informatisation level. In order to evaluate the operation situation and the benefits the system has as well as its existing deficiency, we pack up the performance evaluation indexes of health supervision business information system following the principles of systematic and comprehensive, feasible and simple. Besides, we also carry out the questionnaire survey on health supervisors, expound the operation performance of the business system and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement.
