利用局部相位量化实现图像质量评价的方法 被引量:6

摘要 提出一种利用局部相位量化LPQ(Local Phase Quantisation)来评价图像质量的方法。首先计算参考图像的LPQ编码,然后统计LPQ编码在该图像中的直方图。对需要评价的图像做相同操作。最后用Chi-square距离来度量参考图像和待评价图像质量的差别。实验表明提出的方法能够有效评价图像质量。 This paper presents an image quality assessment method using local phase quantisation (LPQ). The LPQ codes of reference im- age are first computed, and then the histogram of LPQ in the image is counted. For images to he assessed, the same operation will be pro- cessed. Finally, the chi-square distance is used to metric the quality difference between the reference image and the image to be assessed. Experiments show that the presented method is effective in assessing image quality.
