the 18th National Congress of CPC is opening up the future and has the great influence in future. The report given by Hu Jintao on behalf of the CPC central committee makes a penetrating analysis on the new situation and the new task we are faced, scientifically explaining some important problems which concern our party and country as a whole. As far as the theme, guid- ing ideology, entire distribution, future development, economic construction, political development, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction and the party building are concerned, and the report put forward a series of new judgment, new condensation, new arrangement, and new measures.
