摘要
介绍了巴陵石化煤气变换装置的工艺优化设计原理及改造方案,分析了改造后装置的运行情况,提出了整改措施,总结了变换工艺长周期稳定运行的控制要点。
This article presented optimizing principal of CO shift process for Baling Coal Chemical Co. , Ltd and modification scheme, briefly analyzed the problems exposed in operation after modification and presented the improving measures, summarized the control points needed for keeping the shift process system steady and long running.
