信息化联合作战条件下的陆战场环境复杂、目标众多,如何合理有效的选择打击目标,是指挥员必须认真考虑的问题。文章根据陆战场目标特点,探讨了目标价值分析的依据和步骤,提出了目标价值评价指标;运用证据理论分析目标价值、建立了目标价值分析和排序模型,克服了因决策者主观判断、评价指标划分等因素造成的不确定性影响。实例应用说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。

The land battlefield environment under the condition of joint operation is complex, has numerous targets, how to reasonably effective choose targets, commander must carefully consider. This paper has discussed the steps and the basis of target value analysis according to land battlefield target eharaeteristie, put forward targets value evidence indes. It analyzes targets value with evidence theoretical, has established targets value analysis and sorting model, surmounted the uncertainty influence such as polieymaker subjective judgement and eval- uation indes partition. Example application shows that the method is effetive and feasible.
