随着我国市场经济体制的逐步完善,齐齐哈尔民营企业在发展过程中也开始越来越关注企业文化建设。但是,由于其建设时间较短,我国企业文化建设过程中存在的一些弊端在他们身上也表现明显,最突出的就是企业文化克隆模仿现象十分严重,缺乏企业自身独特的个性特色,因此,建设地方特色的企业文化对于齐齐哈尔民营企业来说迫在眉睫。

With gradual perfection of market economy system in our country,people begin to pay more and more attention to the enterprise culture construction in the development process of private enterprises in Qiqihar.But,due to its short time,there are the same obvious drawbacks as our country＇s enterprise culture construction,such as serious cloning imitate phenomena and lack of enterprise＇s own unique characteristics,so it is imminent for us to construct personalized enterprise culture in private enterprise in Qiqihar.
