On the Flexibility of Aesthetics in Chuang Tzu and Huainan Zi

《淮南子》与《庄子》有着明晰的渊源关系。两者都强调"美"、"丑"的相对性、审美感官的重要性;但在美得创造性和客观性方面又有所不同,这些论证共同影响着中国古典美学的形成和发展。

Chuang tzu and Huainan zi have a close relationship with each other. They both have similarities in relativity of beauty and ugliness as well as importance of aesthetie sense, but it is different in creativity and objeefivity of beauty, which have great influ- ence on the forming and development of Chinese classical aesthetics.
