摘要
圈条器是并条机的重要机构。随着并条机的高速化,圈条器的设计日益引起人们的重视。文章主要对高速并条机的圈条器进行了深入的研究。分析了圈条速比、偏心距等参数对条筒容量的影响。通过建立数学模型,优化有关结构参数,设计了空间曲线斜管圈条器,较好地解决了传统并条机高速时的拥花及筒底乱条现象。另外,与直线斜管圈条器相比,空间曲线斜管圈条器具有成形好、条干水平好、纱疵少的优点。
Coiler is an important part of drawing machine. With the high speed of drawing machine, the design of coiler has increasingly caused people's attention. This paper mainly conducts in-depth research on coiler of high speed drawing machine and analyzes the influence of parameters such as speed ratio and eccentricity of coiler on the capacity of can. A spiral tube coiler is designed by establishing mathematical model and optimizing relevant structural parameters, thus solving the phenomena of flower overlapping and confusing at can bottom of traditional drawing machine in high speed operation. In addition, compared to linear inclined tube coiler, space curve inclined tube coiler has advantages such as good forming, good levelness and less yarn faults.
