高危型人乳头瘤病毒分子生物学检测的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 人类乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)是一种具有种属特异性的嗜上皮病毒,属双链闭环的DNA病毒。近些年的大量研究表明,高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high risk-human papillomavirus,hr-HPV)感染是宫颈癌发生的必要条件。hr-HPV的检测和分型对了解和筛查宫颈病变、指导治疗及判断预后具有重要价值;同时对评价hr-HPV疫苗的有效性和hr-HPV感染的流行病学研究也有一定价值。
