Creation is one of the most fundamental philosophy concepts. Bringing it into philosophy, a new philosophy will be formed, named human creation epistemology, and comparing with former concept, it has different nature and mission, rules and methods. This paper tries to use the thoughts and opinions of human creation epistemology to research education, and leads to the new theory, which is that education creative＇s talents. The basic content includes the essence, law and value of education. In a word, this is a new philosophical theory and education theory, which plays an important role in theoretical innovation, social innovation development, education innovation and development.
