摘要
野蔷薇广泛分布于我国各地,其果实富含多种营养物质,其中V_c含量高达2000mg·100g^(-1)以上,居各果蔬前列,有开发利用价值,已加工出一些产品。但现有资源分散、偏远,产量和质量均难以满足需求,当前除保护利用好野生资源外,应逐步选育良种进行繁殖,扩大栽培建立原料基地。可以采用种子、嫩枝扦插、分株、嫁接和组培等方法进行繁殖。
Rosa spp. is distributed widely in China whose fruit contents several kinds of nutritious substances, among which the Vccontent reaches over 2 000 mg/ 100g and occupis in the forefront of every fruit and vegetable; so that they have the value for development and use. But at present the wild resources are scattered and remotely, can't satisfy the demand of quility and quantity for food and medicine processing, so at current except for protect and utilization of wild resources, actention should be paid to development of rose species, form and variety selection, carrying out reproduction, extending cutivation and establishing base resources.
