摘要
采用FANUC 0iMate-TD数控系统对FANUC 0TD老式数控车床的电气控制系统进行了改造.介绍了新系统的选型方案,设计了系统硬件连接图,分析了I/O接口连接的改造,阐述了PMC程序改造中的注意事项,给出系统调试的详细步骤以及模拟主轴调试的参数设置.
The application of FANUC 0iMate-TD NC system in upgrading FANUC 0TD NC lathe electric control system is introduced. The new NC system configuration is put forward, NC system connection drawing designed, and I/O interface modified. The key points of PMC upgrading are analyzed. Besides, steps for NC debugging are elaborated, and parameters for analog spindle presented.
