摘要
采用UG NX7.0软件的CAD功能对烟草移栽机链箱进行实体三维建模设计,通过UG NX7.0提供的机械制图功能,自动生成二维工程图,并转换为通用AutoCAD格式,运用AutoCAD软件进行标注并生成标准CAD图纸,按图纸要求进行加工制造,在制造的过程中采用UG NX7.0提供的CAM功能进行加工仿真,生成数控代码,最终完成整个设计及制造过程,为类似产品的设计及制造提供借鉴.
Chain box of tobacco transplanting machine was designed by 3D modeling of CAD in UG NX7.0 software. Two dimensional engineering drawing was automatically generated by mechanical drawing function of UG NX7.0, which can be converted to AutoCAD format. By using AutoCAD software, it was dimensioned and generated into standard CAD drawings, which was processed by adopting UG NX7.0 CAM functions to simulate and generate NC, and the whole processing and manufacturing process is completed. The design aims to offer a new approach to designing and manufacturing similar products.
