摘要
回溯了从体育竞赛到体育赛事的产业化发展历程,认为现代体育赛事的法治诉求表现为:由行政化办赛向法治化办赛转变;由体育竞赛的法律规制为主向体育赛事相关活动的法律规制转变;由以国内法为主的规制向与国际法接轨转变,并提出顺应法治诉求的体育赛事相关立法建议。
This study recalled the industrialization development process of sport events and it pointed out that the rule of law de- mands of modern sport games mainly show： shifting the way of operating the events by administrative means to mainly by eco- nomic and legislative means; changing from the sports competition legal regulation to legal regulation of sports events related ac- tivities; changing regulation mainly by domestic law to international law standards and finally put forward related suggestions of sporting events legislation.
