摘要
专业技术人才是企业最核心的人才,如何评价专业技术人才的价值是当前需要解决的问题。根据专业技术人才的工作特性,对专业人才的过去、现在和未来采用立体综合评价方法得到综合评价因子,在此基础上构建专业技术人才价值计量模型。专业技术人才价值包括:当期投入的总成本、当期创造的新价值、人力资源的贡献率、专业技术岗位的分成率和综合评价因子。以此为专业技术人才的评价提供一种方法,为建立专业技术人才的激励机制提供科学合理的依据。
Professional personnel are the backbone of enterprises, so it is quite necessary to properly evaluate their value. According to the nature of their work, we take their past, present and future performance in work into consideration, and get the comprehensive evaluation factors by using the three-dimensional comprehensive evaluation method. On this basis, we establish the econometric model for professional personnel evaluation. The value of pro- fessional personnel includes: total cost of current investment, new value created currently, value devoted of human resources, bonus rates of professional posts and the comprehensive evaluation factors. This model can provide a method for the evaluation of professional personnel and a scientific basis for the establishment of incentive mechanism.
