This paper studies and analyzes how to build a safe and efficient mobile e-government platform. The growth of smart phone and pad has brought new requirements for the traditional E-Government. Valuable practice of building the Mobile E-Government platform has been proposed in the paper, which could be taken as a reference for the government.
