CTI technology is utilized in the designing and realizing of Interactive Telephone Saloon Conference System. The analysis and designing of the Saloon Conference Server Sub-system are mainly stated. Several functions of Saloon conference interface controlling, call in detection, call out controlling and speech monitoring are realized. This system has been put into practice and got a satisfactory result.
