摘要
在弱碱性介质中,pb^(2+),Bi^(3+),Fe^(3+),Mn^(2+)与PAR显色剂形成水溶性有色配合物,其吸收光谱严重重叠。本文采用均匀设计与PLS方法结合,对这4种组分的混合体系进行分析,实现了不经分离而直接同时测定pb^(2+),Bi^(3+),Fe^(3+),Mn^(2+)的含量,相对标准偏差小于0.02。
In a buffer medium of NH4C1-NH3 · H2O at PH9. 5 , Lead, Bismuth, Iron, and Manganese ions react with PAR to form coloured complexes. Their spectra are seriously overlapped. In this paper,the combination of PLS method and uniform design is used to analyze the mixed system of this four components. The four elements in synthetic samples have been directly determined by this method with satisfactory results. The relative standard deviations are between 0-1.4%.
