金丝慈竹纤维形态的变化规律

Variation of fiber morphology in Bambusa affinis

对金丝慈竹不同年龄、不同节段的竹材纤维形态特征进行了研究,结果表明:金丝慈竹属于长纤维竹种,纤维长平均2.43 mm,纤维宽平均15.18μm,长宽比平均164.12,壁厚平均6.22μm,腔径平均3.83μm,壁腔比平均3.24。金丝慈竹纤维长度表现的纵向变异规律是3年生的为中部>基部>上部,1年生和2年生表现为基部>中部>上部;纤维的平均宽度表现为基部>中部>上部;慈竹纤维的平均壁厚与腔径也表现以下变化规律:基部>中部>上部。因此年龄和部位对金丝慈竹纤维特征影响显著。

The fiber morphology of Bambusa affinis ＇viridiflavus＇ was examined and analyzed by adopting the method of fiber isolation.The results showed that B.affinis ＇viridiflavus＇ belongs to the long fiber bamboo.The average fiber length was 2.43 mm,average fiber width was 15.18 μm,the average fiber length to width ration was 164.12,average fiber cell wall thickness was 6.22 μm,average fiber cell cavity diameter was 3.83 μm,and the average fiber cell wall to cavity ratio was 3.24.The change of average fiber length in mature bamboo culms in three years was middlebottomtop,while in 1 or 2 years was bottommiddletop.The average fiber width,fiber wall thickness and fiber cell cavity diameter showed an analogous rule as follows： bottommiddletop.Thus,the bamboo age and the position had a strong influence on fiber characteristics so as to provide a theoretical foundation for the rational development and utilization of this bamboo.
